They are never there during opening office hours. We have not even been able to acess our things as there was a broken forced key into our locker, we called their emergency service to come fix it as at 11 am on a Monday there was nobody there... and after 20 minutes of waiting, we had to leave without what we went there for (1h driving). Really not fun or reliable. I would advice for you to find another storage service, pretty bad service and security there.

Everything went well. The only thing is that I had to pay for 1 and a half months when I needed 2. And what's more, the day I went to pick up my things my lock had been changed, the only explanation I had It was because he cut it by mistake without notifying me. Imagine the panic. But otherwise everything was perfect

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! NO service (and when I say none I mean none - there is not even staff during opening hours, no one responds to emails, I have never seen a company like this!) and poor warehouse quality in addition. I rarely leave comments on Google but this is the height of incompetence. Go anywhere else if you want service after signing the contract and especially if you want your merchandise to be safe!

Impeccable parking, enough space for my heavy truck, the manager is welcoming, professional and above all very responsive (I needed to change places and it was done quickly).
I recommend this place.
